My Plan

Current State: September 2019

My Diet | I am currently adhering to a Keto and Low Carb inspired style of eating. This means that my calories come in the form of  limited Carbs, high Fat, and moderate Protein.

My Workout | I lift! Since being introduced to weight lifting two years ago, it has become my distinct preference when getting active. However, I do enjoy walking outdoors when the weather is nice and will sometimes subject myself to cardio by way of machines (row, tread, ellip) and aerobics vids. Gotta keep this body guessing.
