The Plan

Current State: March 2017

My Diet | I am currently following the online Weight Watchers program. With meals influenced by the low /no excess sugar program; Whole 30. This program, similar to Paleo protocols, focuses on vegetables, proteins and healthy fats.

My Workout | Just getting back into this weight loss thing, I am easing into my fitness. I walk daily (averaging 10,000 - 15,000 steps per day). I am also incorporating other forms of cardio; biking, elliptical. I will begin an introductoryy weight training program, effective April 1st, 2017.
