7.6.19 | Hey

It's been a few years since I've posted to this blog. Wow, how time flies! In that time, a lot has changed. And, well, a lot has stayed the same. Namely, my weight. I'm close to my original starting weight - standing at a staggering 248 pounds. Sigh.

Like many, my life has all over the place these days. Stress, depression, and a bounty of things that I can't control... And in the process of seeking resolve to everything that makes life challenging, I quickly abandon my wellness, fitness and healthy eating ways.

Why am I this way?

I don't have an answer just yet. But, I must do something to get back on track. I need to dust myself off and keep my wellbeing in the forefront, no matter what.

2nd half of 2019.... here I come!
